World Bee Day is on Monday 20th May and in conjunction with Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council we are pleased to offer this FREE Event:- Are you interested in Bee Keeping? Come along and join Randalstown and District Bee Keeping Association 20 May from 6.30-8.30pm. The event marks World Bee Day. Randalstown and District Bee Keepers will be sharing their expertise on everything to do with Bee Keeping, Bee Health and Bee protection. Come along and enjoy the learning about the fascinating world of bees.

Due to popular demand we are pleased to advise that we will be running Beekeeping Taster Days again this year on Saturday 6th July & Saturday 10th August 2024.
The Day will include a tour of Shane's Castle and a little of the history of the O'Neill's and the 1800 acre Estate. Followed by a buffet lunch, a presentation on Honey Bees and finally the best bit :- getting to stick your head inside a Bee hive! (Bees Suits and gloves will be provided of course).
These Taster Days are very popular so early booking is recommended to ensure you don't miss out.
